An Asian Football Confederation workshop on building city football and amateur club development has concluded in Chengdu, a Vision China city. The Project Administration and Club Development workshop was conducted by the AFC National Associations and Club Administration department from 26-28 January. The first day of the workshop saw officials from the Chengdu sports bureau, education bureau and the Chengdu Football Association discuss and study the purpose and concept of Vision Asia. Officials from the Chengdu FA, 12 amateur clubs and university representatives joined the workshop the next day to study and discuss competition management, club administration, sponsors, media and finance management. “Chengdu is a city with football passion. I am more excited this year as so many (new) people have joined the workshop.
