Petro shares added to Vietnam semi-final bonuses

VietNamNet Bridge has reported that 10,000 shares in ATI Petroleum (ATIP), a subsidiary of American Technology Inc listed on the NYSE-Euronext Paris stock exchange, will be the bonus for the Vietnam national football squad if it enters the semi-final round of the AFC Asian Cup 2007. Specifically, if the Vietnamese team enters the semi-finals of the Asian Cup 2007 for the first time, each player will have 500 ATIP shares while the coaching board will receive 1,000 shares. In addition, to encourage Vietnamese football players to score goals, ATIP promised to present VND20,000 (US$1,200) for each goal. The shares are reportedly worth about 12 euros (US$16.65) each.
